These are stories from a young kid looking at the world. The running theme is one of learning. Which I continue to do no matter how old I get. The lessons are complicated yet simple. Believing in yourself may come from your childhood, training, or experience. Wherever it comes from, and no matter how much you have, it goes as far as you are willing to temper, test, and risk it.

You may have heard from many books that failing fast is the best way to achieve success. The stories I've included here provide a different perspective. They aren't quick failures or quick losses. In fact, they might be the opposite. They are about people that work their buns off to prove everyone wrong and understand that in the end determination always wins.
