This study was undertaken in Jigjiga woreda of west-east part of Somali Regional State with the objective of assessing adaptation strategies employed by agropastoralists households to respond climate change and identifying factors affecting adaptation strategy choice of agropastoralists to climate change. Multistage sampling which includes both purposive and random sampling were used to select sample respondents. Primary data were collected from 177 randomly selected households from three Kebeles of the woreda based on probability proportional to size. Descriptive and inferential statistics and multinomial logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Moreover, Likert rating scale was employed to examine agropastoralists' perception to climate change.
