The author leaves nothing to chance in this book on fitness. Probably the best one I've because of its attention to detail and coverage of all possible eventualities: advice on supplements, workout tempo/intensity, weightlifting and aerobic advice. That's just a short list of what Mr. Dickson discusses. It all doesn't finish at the end of the book; he can also be reached for further guidance on Facebook. This book is excellent and well-written. I highly recommend.
