Craps in Reno is a sequel to the book, Keno in Reno, following a California transplant in Reno, Nevada now partying in the 00s. Following the theme of the last book, Bill finds himself in the middle of more batshit insane, drunken and drugged out, unhinged buffoonery. He attends a bikini contest, Jello wrestling show, a bachelor auction, a dinner at the governor's mansion, Santa Crawl, a Snuggie bar crawl, a dating game fundraiser, a hot man contest, a bachelor party, a bachelorette party, an impromptu biker bar topless show, an impromptu strip club sex show, a live band karaoke show, and another enlightening mushroom trip. Bill finds himself at the odd intersection of self-awareness and self-destructive oblivion, and in the end, discovers it's not so much an intersection as it is a cosmic, quantum state of uncertainty between existence and non-existence.
