Vera Reuben's observations of the Andromeda Nebula rides showed that the distribution of their orbital velocities is contrary to Kepler's law. This discovery allows us to justify the movement of Andromeda stars. The solution to Vera Reuben's problem is still theoretically unreasonable. In this book, an attempt to theoretically solve the Ruben problem required a revision of the doctrine of black holes in cosmology, which is of additional interest. To solve this problem had to revise the previously created model of energy information space and correct the evolutionary process. From this point of view, this book systematizes the known knowledge in cosmology.
