If you are looking for more than the mechanical capability in corporate finance, this is the book for you. For people that seek a genuine understanding of Corporate Finance principles then this is a well-written walk through. The explanations are logical and easy to follow. While excellent on its own, this book works best as a companion to a more mathematically stringent Finance text book. Understand the theory and principles through Megginson, solve the problems in the textbook.
