Not fancy, just good!

I bought this book about a month ago. So far I have tried about a half dozen recipes, and they have all been good. This is easy fare, not fancy stuff with a dozen ingredients and hours in the kitchen. I wanted a recipe book with easy, yet tasty, American home-style cooking. This recipe book has been the best I've bought!

Great for couples!

My husband and I use this book quite often. This book suggests recipes and menu ideas that are perfect for two people. The portions and cooking times are ideal for a couple. We were always cooking too much food before but now we have a full meal without any waste.
