A canning favorite for many years

This cookbook has been in my collection for many years. I gave it away when I moved to a different country but I missed it too much. I’m happy to have it back and in better condition! My favorites from this cookbook are the raspberry jelly & easy salsa. It even has a great jerky recipe! The author says that she uses the ‘open kettle’ canning method, which I wouldn’t recommend. However it is just an extra step to boil your filled jars, according to current recommendations.
