Come to Me

Jesus in Matthew 11:28 gives each of us an Invitation, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." However, verse 29 goes further, "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me." What does it mean for us to actually "come to" Him? What is our "labor" and how are we "heavy laden?" What is His "yoke," and what do we need to "learn from" Him? What is the "rest" that He is Promising us?
