Sometimes people aren't who you think they are, and others can never change. When Sally reveals a secret that has been torturing her for years, that she was not just the wife but a victim of her ex-husband, she begs Casey to forget about what happened and leave it in her past. But that's not how Casey's wired. He and Rikki secretly team up to ensure she won't ever have to worry about it again. Along the way, they discover there's more to things than Sally told them, and even she doesn't know the whole story.

Casey didn't know Sally as well as he thought, and he figured out that she planned to betray him on a trip with Dawn. The pair are riding with Rikki and Cindy, taking a few days to bring Rikki's new Hatteras yacht from North Carolina up to Mallard Cove.
