very informative about individual foods, tough menu plan

I've enjoyed the overview of various studies on different foods. It gives a balanced review of studies and debunks some food myths. It is easy to understand. The menu plan is practically impossible because people can't shop it every wisely. If someone follows it precisely they end up with odd left overs that are not used in the next day or two of the plan... seems wasteful to me. But honestly I've never been a fan of this type of menu plan anyway. If you want to know the value and benefit of various foods and the hazards of some others, this is a great reference. In the menu plan you might find some ideas to add into your diet as needed. No one can change your dietary habits but you... hope this book helps!
