Excellent!

Get this book! Great examples of Transactional Analysis Redecision Therapy in Action. This will be one of your frequently flipped through books and handy in every situation therapy takes you.

A Wonderful Book!

This is a wonderful book and I just had to give it five stars, after all the Gouldings are the ones who developed Redecision Therapy in the first place. RT is a combination of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and the Gouldings' own interesting discoveries. This is the foundational text. However, I do think that the Gouldings do not do the best job in the world giving a much needed explication of TA and GT in the book. Without this vital knowledge, the reader finds himself lost. To solve this unfortunate dilemma, I recommend you research TA and GT first.
