Very moving, original love story between an unlikely pair

I loved this book and can't believe it's out of print. It will get you hooked on fiddleheads too.

Haunting love story

This tale of the love affair between a lonely, spinster college professor and a campus maintenance man is heartbreaking, achingly beautiful, and tastefully erotic. The author's imagery evokes the tragic story of a once in a lifetime love that is doomed from the start.
