Entertaining, though unsurprising

This is an entertaining story, though most of the themes are pretty easy to see coming. The plot is largely rather transparent. I actually listened to the audiobook version, which is why I wanted to review this book. As I said, the story was entertaining. Laurie Klein's narration, on the other hand, was way beyond annoying. The "accents" she uses are arbitrary and often nearly impossible to understand. Many of her "characters" sound like they are talking through a mouthfull of food. My advice: read the book, don't listen to it.
