The greatest challenge in life is to become yourself, to discover the one authentic life that only you can live. Unfortunately it is very easy to walk away from that authentic journey. David Irvine's book is a treasure, filled with wisdom, penetrating questions, and a full hearted quest for finding your true path. It is both approachable and profound. I recommend it highly.

He does this in this book by sharing his personal struggles to be authentic so that the reader can relate and then by clearly pointing the direction to greater integration and wholeness. If you hear a little voice in your head telling you there must be more to life, more to who you are, then this book is a must read. A down to earth personal journey that speaks from the heart. What struck me the most was that David's story is my story, and probably yours too... not in detail but in essence.
