This slender volume is packed with lofty information. If you ever wondered what consciousness has to do with healing, this book is for you. (But, you should also buy it if you want practical, down-to-earth information on how to live life radiantly!) With elegant simplicity, Dugliss presents Ayurveda for what it truly is--a consciousness-based system of medicine--rather than merely Indian herbal medicine. Consciousness is the fabric of the healing process, the book asserts.
