Enlightening!

This book was really easy to read, I read it just a couple days. The information presented makes logical sense and Karen has a sweet, lighthearted way of explaining things. I've been eating beans ever since! We'll see if her thoughts have any impact on my arthritis...

this book changed our lives!! My husband has suffered with uclerative colitis for the past 20 years. He has tried all the medications and still had problems. After the first few days on this diet, he was better. Now he is off all medications and enjoying a normal life again. Karen Hurd is brilliant.
