As wise old Solomon said, GOD made everything beautiful in His time, but no one can fathom what GOD made from beginning to end. The Book of Genesis says that GOD created everything in our Universe in six days. Precision measurements vetted by generations of scientists indicate that planet Earth is 4.6 billion years old. Therefore, a legitimate topic for debate is that the original Genesis story has room for an ancient Universe interpretation. This monologue looks at the first three chapters of Genesis through a scientific lens and a spiritual lens, and finds there is room in Genesis for an ancient Universe. We are just now beginning to understand the amazing biochemical complexity of life, which begs the existence of an intelligent Creator. This monologue touches on the subject of evolution, and finds there is room in Genesis for the morphing of gene pools. It is the author's hope that this book will glorify GOD.
