It really works

I just beat my speeding ticket last week by following Mr. Wallace's advice on sending a certified mail to the officer asking for the calibration record, FCC license, training record, etc. The officer didn't have most of it and stated that he didn't get the mail when I showed him the receipt of the certified mail he then said he had some of what I asked for. When we met the judge, He asked to dismiss the case stating that he didn't have the documents I asked for to prepare my case. My case was dismissed and saved me $200 of speeding ticket. I knew I did not speed in the first place and I'm so glad I invested on this book. It's worth the money. I also spoke to Mr. Wallace prior to my case preparation. He has a toll free number and he returns calls...This book is on the top of my list...

Slowing Down is better, if you can't this book is great!

It's truly great that the author wrote this book. I found it very educating. Even though I have learned to slow down, I found this book to be a very good guide. I remember traveling on some long roads that hardly had any speed limit signs. The author addressed how to fight back if you receive a ticket in cases like this. I know that there are many more important examples in this book but this particular one stuck out with me because of prior experience in traveling long country roads with hardly no speed limit signs and wondering constantly what the speed limit was. Now I know that if I get a ticket in a case like this, I have grounds to fight it. Everyone who drives should read this book whether they speed or not.

Good Book, Easy Read, Great Information, Alot of Value

This book read very easy, and was full of information that helped me prepare my case for traffic court in New York a couple of months ago. I only paid $15.95 for this book and beat my ticket in court and saved $120.00 for the fine and I have no idea how much I saved by not having to pay insurance rate increases, so YES, this book worked in my favor. The tip I used which I actually got by calling Mr. Wallace direct in his office after reading the book, was to challenge the officer on his shooting capability since my ticket was issued by an officer using laser. I asked the officer if he could shoot a moving car with his gun and he said maybe, so I continued the questions along that line by asking him how could he be sure then he had the correct car stopped when he pointed the laser gun at me as my car was in a pack of like 6 other cars. The officer told me he believed he was sure it was my car. I told the judge there was reasonable doubt if the right car was stopped and the judge believed it and dismissed the case! What I found most helpful was that if you needed additional help with your case, you can call the author and he helps you out. I highly recommend this book to everybody! You gotta buy it today! It works very well.

This Book Really Educated Me.

I am a 60 year old man who has never had a speeding ticket, and recently got one in Manchester, New Jersey. The officer lied, was rude and I was not speeding, so I decided to fight the ticket in court. The officer also wrote me up for Weaving in a Marked Lane and Having an obstructed rear window, I had a small box in the back of my 83 Buick. Talk about bogus charges. I followed the book all the way through and had every charge thrown out in court. I called Richard Wallace and he called me back and talked and gave me advice for over 45 minutes on a sunday night. He was most polite and helpful. I cant thank him and the book enough. It was very useful in my opinion, and it worked. Worth buying!

I am also a police officer and I reccomend this book to experienced drivers who are aware of their surroundings. If you are in a residential area DONT SPEED! If not, we all should be able to go much faster than posted speed limits. this book lets you do that. I am tired of writing tickets to people that are driving aware and I am forced to get my quota.
