A Warm Winter Chill

By: Jett, A. C.

In a world of female spies, Jillian Hemlock excels as a fighter, strategist, and loyal American.

CIA agent Hemlock's world shatters when her husband is murdered at a chilling winter lake cabin. Fuelled by vengeance, she tracks down a tangled web of deceit involving Chinese gangs and Russian agents.

Encountering danger at a construction site, Julian confronts thugs linked to the gang. Juggling grief and duty, she balances CIA missions assigned by her boss, Owl, with personal turmoil. She probes Mr. Carriage's silk factory with colleague Gregg's support, uncovering a hi-tech chip smuggling ring.

She teams up with young gang members and confronts mysterious double agent Elliot Ehnybuddy. Captured by Russians, she withstands interrogation until Ehnybuddy aids her in dismantling the smuggling operation. Or does he?

As she balances her dual life as a spy with demands from secretive superiors, Jillian navigates the treacherous waters of espionage, emotion, and real life.
