Faith, Uplift, and encourage - A story to Whow you from beginning to end

This book inspired me from beginning to end. There is faith all the way through it. Erin Gray has a hard time dealing with memories from her past. So when she has her baby, Dana, she leaves her with Texas Ranger, Daniel. She is afraid if she stays, she'll miss up her daughter the way she felt her family life was messed up. Erin a well known photographer for World View and all her photographs are well known. She is injured in Iraq and doesn't believe her boss calls her ex-husband to come to hospital from Texas. He takes her home to heal from her physical injuries and along the way she finds healing for her emotional injuries as well. Dana is a teenager who loves God but loves her hair purple spiked and things like teenagers do and her Dad goes along with it because it does not affect who she is. The amazing thing I got was near the end of the book. I am dealing with two young children who are living in an abusive home and trying to help protect them. They have become so entwined in my and my husband's lives that you wouldn't know they weren't our grandchildren by blood. I had hit a bump in the road today and was struggling with my faith to trust God to protect these two children. The ending of this story offers hope and I was able to give them to God to protect. There is so much in this book to help you in many situations. Mae wrote it to help people understand soldiers who return home wounded. But I found it to work with children who have had to deal with things in their homes they ought not to have to face. But God worked it all for His good and that offers hope.
