This collection of short stories was written during my university life, a time when I experienced both the good and bad that life has to offer. As a writer, I found inspiration in the diversity and complexity of the world around me, as well as from writers such as Anna Frank, Nietzsche, Robert Frost, Ernest Hemingway, Dostoevsky, and Albert Camus, who have all inspired me to explore the human experience in all its facets. Many of these stories were also inspired by the beautiful landscape and rich culture of Malaysia, a country that has given me both joy and challenges. Moreover, as I wrote these stories, I also became increasingly aware of the challenge of AI, and the ways in which it is transforming our world. Through these stories, I hope to share with readers the insights and observations that I gained during this time, and offer a glimpse into the richness and diversity of life in Asia, as well as a sense of connection to our shared humanity in the face of the rapidly changing technological landscape.
