Favorite come true

I have the original copy of this book, which has been reread to the point that it is falling apart. I was thrilled to see that it had been published as a hard cover, making it available to be enjoyed for many years to come. After spending an entire cruise, seasick, Kitt returns home to friends waiting for a detailed description of a romantic voyage. She makes up a story, based on a magazine picture and a name she associates with the cruise literature, only to have the "dream" walk into her life.
