The sexy, action-packed first book in the #1 bestselling Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) series from global phenomenon Sarah J. Maas. When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I did not think I would like this book, but I couldn't put it down! I bought the first one and read it in 12 hours. Bought the rest of the series and read the entire series in 4 days. So good!!
It takes a moment but is worth it..

Listen. A Court of Thorns and Roses and I did not start off on the right foot. I was trudging through those early chapters like, “Okay… any day now… something magical, please.” It wasn’t until chapter six that the story finally grabbed me by the collar and said, “Sit down, you’re not going anywhere.”
And then? Oh, then it was over for me.
Suddenly I’m devouring pages like a starved gremlin, emotionally invested in fae drama, and acting like I haven’t slept in 84 years because I need to know what happens next. The slow burn betrayed me by turning into an obsession. I am now fully feral about this series. Unhinged. Gone. Someone check on me.
If the next book doesn’t come with a warning label, it should.
Fantastic!

This was my first Sarah J. Maas book and I became an instant fan. I've heard others say it is a remake of beauty and the beast. I disagree. It is definitely influenced by multiple fairy tales, but this is not a remake. Beautiful and in-depth world building created a story that kept me immersed all the way through the entire series.
Held out for so long but so Happy I decided to read it!

I love this book. It sucks you in. Verge of saying obsessed with this series! I feel all the emotions of happy, sad, frustrated, excited and never know what is going to happen next. I love the characters and cannot say enough! If contemplating, JUST DO IT! I have never been so excited about a book series.
A Fun Retelling Of Beauty And The Beast
Published by BEE KOOL , 3 months ago
This fun romantic fantasy features a richly detailed world, intricate character development, and palpable romantic tension. All set within the mystical faerie realm of Prythian. The story blends fantasy adventure with a high-stakes and captivating, seductive passions. The book's predictability and uneven pace were my main issues, particularly the slow start and the rushed, action-packed ending. As well as the repetitive phrasing. Such as "growls", "purrs" and "watery bowels". Overall, I found the book enjoyable even if I would not say this is my typical read. It was fun with some spice. I am looking forward to the next installment.
Lived up to the hype.

Arrived in wrong condition
Published by BlackDahlia91 , 11 months ago
It was listed as ‘very good condition’ before buying, so I bought it. It arrived with yellowed pages, pieces of the hardcover missing (like bites marks or if was ripped off) and smalls stains throughout the book on the pages

Loved this book

A year ago I started reading this story and put it down but I couldnt get rid of the book. Recently, I picked up the book and read the book cover to cover. Absolutely, loved every single character. Details to this story were amazing. The author wrote the story so you could truly visualize the adventures, tragedy, love, friendship, setting, plot..... in every single word of the book. Its a different book than I would usually have read but enjoyed the story of all the characters. I checking out the next story with this creative author!!!!!!!!!
