A hockey story at its finest

This is a great book that I read when I was about eight years old...It completely thrusts you into the world of hockey and gives perspective on what it is like inside a professional locker room. The retro feel of the story also brings you to a time and place where hockey truly is "life" and it means so much more to everybody than the commercialized feel that can exist today. I highly recommend this book if you want to get into hockey and/or treasure the game as a part of your life.

A Very Good Story! And Some Very Detailed Hockey!

This was a great way to finish off the trilogy of Scott Youngs hockey books. I felt that this one was the best. It was like you where almost thier at the leafs camp. Amazing book.
