These are the stories of Ricky DeCosta. He's an unlicensed would be private investigator. By the way he doesn't have a permit for that gun either. One way or another Ricky tends to end up looking like he's involved in things that are always out of control. In spite of this he's a great guy who is always willing to help, unless he's hung over or with some girl he's trying to uh, save... If you can dig the gritty downtown 1980's Los Angeles and the creepy underbelly of Miami Vice mixed with a longer haired funnier Magnum, this might be the series for you. Good story. A few laughs.
