I was short and strong, but I wasn't any match for guys who were taller, and more muscular than many grown men. In just 3 months, I did what many grown men and women couldn't do in a life-time. I was just 17 years old and I was SIX-cessful at my first life's mission to be healthy. What inspired me to ask my cell phone, "How much rice do sumo wrestlers eat?" was the fact that I was eating my second...... or third...... bowl of brown rice and scrambled brown eggs. It wasn't that I was eating something unhealthy. It was that the time was unhealthy. I've slipped away from the strictness I once had almost 10 years ago, but I'm still in great shape. Sumo wrestlers are very strict too. They eat nothing for breakfast but consume copious amounts of EVERYTHING late at night. They're very strict about it.
