Great Advent read

This Advent book released last year. I'm almost sure this book started the trend that seems to have exploded this year. I didn't get to read it last year, because my copy arrived too late, so I decided to make up for that this year. This story is definitely full of action and thrills. Who knew so much could happen in just 25 days?! I did find the ending a little predictable though, but I suppose that's one of the things to love about a story like this; the predictably of certain things makes it almost a comfort read. This was the first book by Per Jacobsen I've read, but it definitely won't be the last. I really liked the way he fleshed each chapter out so the rest could see everything clearly in their mind's eye.
