Tropical Storm Zeta Power Outages
On the morning of Thursday, October 29, Tropical Storm Zeta knocked out power to over 2 million residents in the southern US, including our Atlanta Processing Center, from which some items in your order are expected to ship.
If your order contained items sourcing from our other Processing Centers, those items will still be shipped as normal. However, for items sourcing from our Atlanta Processing Center, those items will be delayed in processing until power is restored.
You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account. You’ll also receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
