This book is cover to cover full of helpful information without the hoaxes, lies, or just crap found in most diet books. This book is so much better than the Biggest Loser books because its written by a guy who did it for himself and is a professional fitness trainer. Their books really dont tell you much and seem to be thrown together. I really enjoyed the chapter on food because he breaks everything down to where it is easily understandable with what to eat and what not to eat, even giving meal ideas. The exercise chapter gives exercises that can be done anywhere with very little equipment and explains them. This book also teaches you how to put it all together into a program that can be done permanently. This is a true winner!
