Im a consistant worrier;I also have a short attention span. After I found this book in a recovery store, I decided to buy a bunch more of the Elf-Help series. "Worry Therapy" still remains my favorite. The words are motivational, and the illustrations are intricate and adorable. I highly recommend it.
