Marriage is not a child's play. Our society is founded on homes. The problems we face today in our societies could be averted if only our homes are sane and godly. God did not intend marriage for procreation alone. He expects more than that. Until we arise to the task and ensure we put things in proper perspective about marriage, God's purpose for our lives would be defeated.

Many writers have written about different topics on marriage particularly how to make it work. But the greatest challenge we have is that only few are those that deliver on preparing young people for what to meet in marriage. Most of the marriage counseling sessions of our days only teach young people about how to conduct themselves during courtship not mentioning what to expect in marriage.

This is the reason why a lot of marriages fail. Some will tell you how pure they were in courtship yet marriage is not working.
