Winning the War on Worry by Louie Giglio is a fast-paced read on a topic that many people have been overcome by, while others have either won this battle or fought it to a draw. The book contains great content and gets into the heart of the issue. However, I personally felt there was more that could have been said, and that some chapters could have been expanded upon. At times, it felt like we were about to dive deeper into an idea, but by the end of the chapter, I realized there was still more ground that could have been covered. Even so, it is still a great book that is simple to read, making it a helpful starting point for anyone struggling with worry. Giglio does hammer home the single most important thing to do in the fight against worry, along with practical steps to follow afterward. There is practical content throughout the book—things to ponder, study further, and journey through personally.
