These Winning Recipes were sent to us for the national Superior Touch & Melinda Lee Food Show contest. All recipes in this book were kitchen tested by chef Jorge Bruce, totaling over 500 hours of preparation. Many of the homemade recipes sent in may appear unusual, but chef Jorge prepared them and have proved to be quite good.
