life changing

I just finished reading this book and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in actually finding out why we do what we do. I've actually begun to see/think differently about the way I behave/respond/think and that's nothing short of a miracle. In fact I want to read it again. This book could change your life literally, if you give it the time and read it. Thank you Ms. Dillinger.

Amazing & Insightful!

I don't think there's any other book out there like this one. It is amazingly thorough and full of practical insight. Jesse Dillinger has captured in one book the problems, or should I say "weaknesses" I've struggled with for years. My defensiveness, my anger and my insecurity. I never knew that they all were related to one another. I know what to do with them now. I'm also able to identify the weaknesses in others now, too. I don't have to live in reaction to them any longer. Jesse Dillinger has shown me the value of weaknesses and how they are full of potential for strength. This book is already having a positive effect on my life, my role as a parent, and my business. I urge anyone who wants to move beyond their shortcommings to read this book. It is easy to read and powerful in its insight. Her humor is wonderful and her honesty is refreshing. A MUST HAVE!

Winning Over Weaknesses

I have just finished reading Jesse Dillinger's Winning Over Weaknesses and have been thrilled by what she has shown me about not only myself, but others. It is an easy read, one that I didn't want to put down. Now that I have finished it I am ready to go over it again and again. Learning about others and how to deal with problems we all seem to have has given me a sense of hopefullness I didn't have before. One fun thing I enjoyed were little excerpts from Jesse' own life. She is very honest. This book should be in every home.

Insightful and practical

Jesse has a way of putting potentially complex information into readable, understandable, USEABLE form. This is a great book for anyone who finds themselves as a counselor or counselee. She knows what she's talking about!!
