This book is designed to capture the reader by enveloping them in to real life events through different languages of love. Anyone can relate to at least one poem in this collection as it's theme is philosophical and based on life. Topics such as depression, anxiety, love and loss appear throughout the book and It is aimed to encourage the reader to feel a sense of emotion whilst reading it, rather than hold on to what they feel inside. Just because you cry doesn't mean you're not strong and just because you're not crying does not mean you're not in pain. Emotions are a part of everyday life and people should feel free to express this. Whilst this book has been written from a females perspective, men can also relate to the subjects covered in this book and to the subjects that have become taboo within today's society. It can be painful or bring back sour memories for some, but the point is to make the reader aware they are not alone in any situation that may make them feel alienated. With anxiety and depression becoming a rising issue, this book was written with the intention to support encourage and make people aware they're not alone in their thoughts and we all have hang ups and hardships and bad days no matter how perfect things may look on the outer surface.
