From a father of a teenage girl, thank you!

This book explores raising teenage girls with sensitivity and insight. My wife and I found it positively inspiring. We would recommend it to anyone going through adolescence with their daughter.

Loved this book

It is so helpful to have an honest discussion about girls without making them out to be vicious and mean. I found it extremely informative and I now understand the need to help my daughter learn to express her anger as well as other emotions. I gave the book to several of my friends who have daughters. I highly recommend it!

Author of Survival Meditations for Parents of Teens

I'm all for "how to" types of books, especially for parents of teens. It seems as though we forget how to connect with our kids as they become teenagers or we need a new road map. As a therapist who works primarily with teenaged girls, and a writer myself, I would recommend this book to mothers of girl teens.
