Miss Alice has it right

I had the good fortune to know Alice Steadman and read her book more than once. I interviewed her several times for talk radio in the mid to late 1970's. She practiced what she preached and was a happy, vibrant human being. I'm going to buy this book again so that I can share with family members who need to know how our own thoughts effect our well-being and how allowing others too much control of our lives can have a negative effect on ours. Alice has written the "owner's manual" for our minds, in a short, easy to digest form. I only wish I could talk to her now about our current lives. You won't regret reading and re-reading this book.

Deep Very Deep!!

This book helps you understand mind, body and soul. This is a great book for people who are searching and wanting to learn. If people would have lived as is explained in this book the world would be a better place to be today. Healthier, happier and all around better rounded.
