George Washington..3rd grade level

EXCELLENT book..very interesting..9 year old Never got bored with it like he has with some other history books..

Great info

This book is easy to read, easy to understand, filled with great information about who George Washington was and the wonderful impact he had on the formation of the United States. I read it to my boys (7 and 9) but it can be read by them alone. I highly recommend all of these Who Was books, they are well written and give a complete picture of the individual and their outstanding talents. We own over a dozen of them. You won't be disappointed!
