Another Great Read!!

Great read on how to not feel like you have to go through anything alone. Jesus Christ is there ready and waiting for us to ask for His help!

Personal account of break-down and rescue

The author, Brent L. Top, is a BYU professor, author and frequent speaker at Education week who suffered a near-total collapse while serving as a Mission President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon). That such an accomplished man can feel so overwhelmed and helpless shows that this can happen to anyone and happen anytime. This fairly short (134 pp.) account of how the author overcame these problems is inspiring, entertaining and educational. One of the things I liked most about the book was that there was no sudden healing or epiphany. I know that such things occur, but I think much more often we overcome challenges gradually with help from multiple sources. The author has help from a spouse, church authorities, doctors, scripture, and most importantly the Savior. If you have ever felt too overwhelmed to go on or have seen this in a loved one, this book will help you get through. 4 stars.
