When Scripture Studies You: The Eight movement that turns Bible Study into Transformation
The greatest teacher who ever lived rarely answered the question He was asked. He asked one back.
Most Bible studies inform. Few transform. We've learned to explain the text, settle the debate, and supply the right answer - then wonder why so little of it reaches the heart. The problem isn't the answers. It's that somewhere along the way we stopped asking the questions that make a person unable to hold the Word at arm's length.
When Scripture Studies You gives Bible teachers, pastors, and small-group leaders a complete method for the kind of study no one walks away from unchanged. At its center are the Eight Movements - a sequence drawn from the way Jesus actually taught, carrying any passage from What do you see? all the way to Who will you become? The first four keep a group honest before the text. The last four turn the mirror around - until the people studying Scripture discover that Scripture is studying them.
Inside you'll find:
The complete Eight Movements framework, with one real passage worked all the way through
One hundred ready-to-use questions, arranged by movement
A reproducible Master Facilitator Worksheet for preparing any study
The craft of facilitation - holding a room, handling silence, and going first
Why each movement works, grounded in how God made us to learn and change
Whether you lead a Sunday class of forty or sit across a table from one struggling friend, these are the questions that make God's Word irresistible.
Open the Bible with others again - and watch it land.
