nice compilation of solutions to many perimenopausal probs

As a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist, I felt Dr. Cortese's book presented an easy to read summary of the many problems facing the perimenopausal woman, as well as their solutions. His book includes not only traditional medications to ease some of the symptoms, but some natural/alternative methods as well.
