Jack is very excited to begin his special weekly visits with his Gram now that his older brother, Henry, is in school.

Often, visits with Gram include taking a trip to visit Gram's mom, Grandma Ellen. But Grandma Ellen has dementia, so she is losing her memories. Jack and Gram focus on making moments with her and all the other residents in her care facility.

Jack is a little apprehensive about how to make moments with Grandma Ellen until Henry gives him the idea to bring something along with him that will help Jack make moments.

Everything goes very well when Jack thoughtfully chooses one item at a time.

However, when he decides to bring EVERYTHING with him, it does not go well. He learns that too much of anything isn't good for anyone and that the most valuable "thing" he can bring is himself.
