Drawing on her experience as a fashion editor at "Glamour" and her daily column on AOL's "Electra, " Bonnell has put together a funny, hip, and helpful manual to help women decide what to wear on any... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I love this book's direct-to-the-point and cool approach in providing ideas on what appropriate attire to don in different situations such as (but not limited to) weddings, reunions, public appearance, parties of all kinds, and even non-parties, such as deaths/funerals. It suggests clothing combos, from tops to bottoms to footwear to accessories that help you stay "attuned" to the occasion/gathering that you are a part of without constricting your personal tastes. The book also contains some helpful hints on figure flattery and image change (should you want one). Handy guide to most young adult women, if you ask me.

Handy, practical, and direct-to-the-point guidelines on how to dress for specific occasions. Especially helpful for those times when you learn that you'll be attending such events at a short notice. Contains tips on how to dress up depending on your body shape too (not "body type", since this book doesn't categorize you into pear, banana, etc.). With black and white illustrations.A related book, although pricier but definitely filled with more beautiful photos, is "What Should I Wear" of the Chic Simple series.
Very helpful and fun

What to Wear is about real life and the occasions you have to dress for, not so much about what's "in." It's very down to earth and accessible. I loved it!

This is the ultimate guide to getting dressed. I can't believe how often I've used it since I bought it -- before a big shopping trip, deciding what to wear to a holiday party, choosing clothes for an important business lunch. It's fun and it's full of great advice.
Really fun and helpful

This is a terrific book that helps you sort out what's required and best in different circumstances where clothes are a big factor, like a job interview or black tie event. It's funny, too. Highly recommended.
