A "Different" Take On IBS

I've bought pretty much every single book available on IBS and after a while, they all seemed the same. Each book spent one chapter on our digestive system, and the rest of the book preaching fiber intake, keeping a food diary, exercising and relaxation. And what's worse ... they all did it in the same monotone. Well, not this book! It was pleasant surprise to go through the first five pages of this book. The author is a preacher of TCM (traditional chinese medicine), and devotes one or two chapters to it. But what really makes this book different ... is not the content. At the end of the day, it still preaches the same fundamentals of diet, exercise and relaxation ... but it does it with a sense of humour! The author takes a step back to make jokes about this condition ... and induces the ability for ourselves to laugh in tough situation. As he suggests, I always keep this book in my bathroom (because in IBS, there will be plenty of time to read it there!). I highly recommend this book for everyone with IBS ... pick up a copy of this book, and take a more light-hearted view of your condition ... you might just start to feel better ;)
