Offers A Gold Mine Of Web Development Resources!

One of my favorite Web development resource tools is Web Design Resource Directory written by Ray Davis. Although this guide has been out for several years it still offers plenty of helpful information on Website design products and services and where Website designers can obtain them. This directory offers a gold mine of Web development resources. Readers have access to helpful HTML scripts, tips, and design considerations, Web graphics format and standards instruction, online clipart sites, font libraries, soundclip sites, software programs such as HTML and graphic image editors, and information about advanced Web programming languages such as CGI, JAVA, ActiveX, PERL, and VBScript. Helpful resource listings offering information on marketing, search tools, and polishing your skills are included as well. A review of every listing is provided too! The CD that accompanies the book contains the complete hyperlinked edition of the book, Web browsers for both Windows and Mac platforms, and some leading FTP, compression, e-mail, newsreader, and graphics programs. Keep in mind though that since the publication of this book in 1997 new editions of these programs have been released! Otherwise, don't hestitate to put them to use! This book is hightly recommended for Website designers of all levels of skill and experience who want more than merely a listing of Website resources.
