We Not Me: Serving Generous Families with an Ensemble Enterprise

By John Moore

What if business was about more than profit? What if it was a ministry guided by biblical principles and fueled by genuine relationships? In this compelling memoir, John Moore shares how he built John Moore Associates by putting people first, trusting God, and leading with integrity.

From fighter pilot to financial advisor, Moore's journey weaves together personal stories, spiritual lessons, and business insights. He recounts legal battles that almost ended his firm before it began, the struggle to redefine leadership through vulnerability, and the triumph of creating a company where service is a calling, not just a career.

With unwavering faith and an abundance mindset, Moore reveals how placing clients' needs above sales and fostering generosity led to success beyond financial growth. This story challenges entrepreneurs and leaders to redefine success-not by what they gain, but by what they give.
