This is the guidebook for my journey....

Heather's meditations from Babaji have been my guide and salvation since the book was first published in December 2005. Almost daily I randomly open it to a meditation and, inevitably, I am at the message I need to hear on that particular day. It is as if the book is speaking to me personally. I recommend it as a guide to anyone who is struggling in their journey as well as an affirmation to those who are further along the path.
