very interesting subject and I learned a lot!

This book completely captivated me and I just loved it! I am practicing much of what I learned from the book. This book opened up a whole new world that i want to know more about.

Only health book you will every need

Everyone should have this book, it is simple and affordable for all to use their health giving uses for sole. It will make sure that your teeth stay decay free and it will even eliminate decay and restore your teeth given time, it did for me and my family. It does not stop there either it will do so much for your health all over your body. It deserves 100 stars not just five.

Great information, Logical conclusion

I really enjoyed this book. It was recommended by a friend, who had read the book and began using Himalayan salt crystal around the house as well as a double shot of sole each day! She begged me to check it because of the differences it had made almost immediately in how she felt mentally and physically. She seemed "better" too, strangely. The most poignant part of this book to me was the observation that we all came from the same soup and this salt is an essential ingredient. Table salt is reaped of all benefits and in fact causes numerous health issues. Himalayan salt is absorbed entirely different and contributes to human health and well-being. Plus, Himalayan salt lamps are absolutely gorgeous and soothing. The authors nailed it. Himalayan salt crystal is very special indeed.

this book changed my life!

I always knew we did not have to be scientists in order to know which diet to eat. I also never could believe in having to take supplements in order to give my body everything it needs, or having to spend a chunk of money. I intuited that it had to be more simple, more down to earth. This book confirmed my opinion and opened my eyes to what really matters in our nourishment and it totally makes sense; its historic, its straight forward and so simple. The scientific facts are presented clearly and easily to understand for anybody. This book gave me so much hope that it is not too late for anybody to purify and create a new healthy body, simply with living water and high quality crystal salt, which togather is pure life force. It is an exciting read from the first to the last page. My brother in law was completely healed of his terrible neuro dermatitis, which he had all over his body for 20 years, after following the simple applications of water and salt from this book. I wished everybody could read this book! and be inspired to live simply healthy and energized and prevent the visits to the doctor.And lastly, this book has much more in store than "just" to talk about water and salt...it opens up a whole new perspective about "food" in its relation to "energy" and consciousness.
