War or disaster surgery is characterized by large numbers of wounded, the majority of whom require short-term surgical care. This type of surgery suffers from numerous organizational and architectural difficulties, making it imperative to design a suitable structure and a specific organization of human and material resources to ensure planned and effective immediate care.Through a descriptive study, we have tried to evaluate the training and knowledge of instrumentalists in war and disaster surgery, as well as to assess the adaptation of our blocks to a critical situation.A survey was carried out through the distribution of a 4-part questionnaire to instrumentalists in different operating theatres during the period from November 20, 2019 to January 18, 2020.
